Managing work while the crew is still on site needs three things: models fast and reliable enough to give a result in seconds, a check that sits inside the job itself, and every source of evidence a site can offer.
01 · MODELS
Small, fast models, optimized for each type of job
We started with large foundation models. They were too slow for a crew waiting on site, too expensive to run on every photo of every visit, and they didn't reach the reliability needed to decide whether work was done.
Doneness uses small models fine-tuned for each job type, such as snow clearance and grounds care. Each one knows what done looks like for its work, and is tested against real evidence from real sites.
02 · WORKFLOW
Inside the job, while it's happening
A fast model only helps if its result reaches the crew while they can still act on it. That needs the check built into the workflow, and the best way to do that is a mobile app designed for real-time management.
Doneness works within any ecosystem. For the best results, use the Doneness app: it directs the crew to each task and captures the metadata that makes every piece of evidence count.
03 · INTEGRATIONS
We love integrations
Work orders can come in from your CMMS or field-service system, and results go back out by API or webhook. If we don't connect to a system you use yet, we'll work with you to add it to the platform.
